Meet Our Team

TrustPoint, a Sandler Training Center, specializes in management and leadership training for business owners and senior executives, negotiations training, customer service training, coaching and mentoring. Sandler Training relies on the combination of an innovative, non-traditional selling system, plus reinforcement training, to create lasting performance improvement rather than the motivational "quick fix" typical of many seminar-based training efforts. Quality support materials, access to ongoing training workshops, individual coaching sessions, plus 24/7 Sandler Online Internet reinforcement and accountability round out the Sandler training experience.
Brett and Bev Baker work closely with their client teams to help them develop the attitudes and implement the behaviors necessary to reach the highest levels of long-term success. Their mission is simple:  to grow and coach professionals to become better versions of themselves.

Aaron Solari

Associate and Sandler Sales Coach

Aaron Solari became a student of the Sandler Selling System while working in a direct B2B sales role in the manufacturing industry. After graduating from Missouri State University with his bachelor’s degree in Communications and Ethical Leadership, he joined the Trustpoint team and turned his sales process study into a career. Today, he walks closely alongside sales professionals as they grow to become better versions of themselves. He will be the first to tell you the countless times he has failed and how he leverages his failures for personal growth. Aaron has a heart for servant leadership, and for helping his clients reach the next level in their sales careers.

Susan Segat

Director of Marketing and Communications

Susan is a sales and marketing strategist who feels rewarded when she can help others find their successes and views marketing as more than branding and awareness. She integrates her sales and Sandler coaching experience into marketing strategy to support Sandler Training. Trustpoint's clients by providing training resources through the website, Internet ad campaigns, customized Sandler content, email marketing, video and social media platforms.

Additionally, she is a graduate of Missouri State University, has coached and trained the Sandler techniques and has worked in sales and customer care in both the corporate and non-profit arenas.


We help successful clients optimize their sales initiatives.

Leadership in our organization is not defined by roles or titles. Every member of our organization has the ability to be a leader.
